Hello y'all, my name is Lauren Ferreri. I was actually considering a nursing degree and
had the opportunity to work in a dental practice and fell in love with the industry.
I love building relationships with our patients, making them feel special, and helping them
feel confident in their own smile. Your smile is the first thing people see, so smile big! I

Dr. Riar, MD

Dr. Riar was born in the city of the Golden Temple in India, grew up in Canada and has lived in the US for the last 14 years. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from the combined medical program at Manipal University (India) and American University of Antigua, Dr. Riar completed her training in Internal Medicine at Medstar Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Riar has always maintained a strong focus on quality improvement while developing key leadership experiences. She placed second in the American College of Physicians (ACP) Oral research for quality improvement in Maryland and later represented the Maryland Chapter at the National ACP meeting.
Dr. Riar served at CommunityCare for 5 years in various roles from the subject matter expert in rheumatology, Clinic Lead, Associate Director of Primary Care to later the Director of Primary Care. From these vantage points, she has championed key aspects of Care Model development and implementation. She brings a deep passion for and understanding of quality healthcare to help re-engineer healthcare delivery systems.
She has her advanced certification in physician leadership and her healthcare MBA. She has hundreds of continuing education hours in multiple facial pain and esthetic courses and obesity management. Dr. Riar is passionate about creating a culture of patient-centered, quality-focused, transparent healthcare.
In her spare time, Dr Riar loves to travel with her family, paint, stay active & explore different cuisines & cultures.

Originally born and raised in the Twin Cities of Minnesota. Now I’m proud to call Texas my new home! I found my passion in the dental field when I was a teenager–the moment I got my braces off, it was one of the most rewarding feelings.
I could smile and laugh with confidence and wanted to share that with the world! My favorite parts of being in this field is building relationships with my patients. I love learning the advancements of technology in dentistry as well because it’s making patient experiences so much more comfortable and accessible.
It is my mission to give our patient’s the “red carpet experience.” Starting with the first point of contact when they walk into our office until the moment they walk out by creating a positive, educational and family-oriented environment. I’m beyond grateful to be a part of such a passionate team where we strive in making your experience truly unique, just like you.
During my time away from my passion, I enjoy spending quality time with my loved ones, cooking, paddle-boarding, fishing, volunteering and listening to music/podcasts.

My love for dentistry didn't start until I started taking some anatomy and biology classes at Austin Community College, and dentistry started to really peak my interest.
That's what eventually led me into dental assisting school, and the love just grew bigger from there. l've always had the passion to want to help others, and that's what really intrigued me when looking for offices to work with. This team is truly amazing and wants the best for every patient that walks through the doors. I aspire to make every patients experience as comfortable and welcoming as possible, and hopefully they can leave with a smile on their face!
In my free time I love spending time at my family's lake house, going to the movie theater, or just spending time with my dogs.
